Honeyshine Straight Up

Ingredients

  • 1½ oz refrigerated Honeyshine

Method

  1. Serve in a chilled shot glass with no ice.

Ingredients

  • 1½ oz Honeyshine
  • 5 oz ginger beer
  • ½ oz simple honey

Method

  1. Mix ingredients and serve over ice in an 8 oz copper mug.
  2. Garnish with a lime wedge.
Bee Sting

Ingredients

  • 1½ oz Honeyshine
  • ½ oz lemon juice
  • ½ oz simple honey

Method

  1. Shake with ice and strain into a small rocks glass.
  2. Garnish with lemon.
Distiller’s Reserve
Dave’s Old Fashioned
Distiller’s Reserve

Dave’s Old Fashioned

Ingredients

  • 1½ oz Distiller’s Reserve
  • ½ oz simple honey
  • 1½ oz sweet and sour

Method

  1. Using a cooking torch, start a few embers burning on a piece of oak.
  2. Place a small rocks glass upside down on the oak and leave it to smoke.
  3. Shake the ingredients with ice for 10 seconds and serve in the smoked glass.
  4. Garnish with a twisted orange peel and a cherry.

Ingredients

  • 1½ oz Distiller’s Reserve
  • 5 oz ginger beer
  • ½ oz simple honey

Method

  1. Mix ingredients and serve over ice in an 8 oz copper mug.
  2. Garnish with a lime wedge.

Hawaiian Purple Potato Vodka

Minty Mule

Ingredients

  • 1½ oz Purple Potato Vodka
  • 5 oz ginger beer
  • ½ oz simple honey
  • 3–5 mint leaves

Method

  1. Muddle the mint leaves in a shaker.
  2. Add vodka, ginger beer, honey, and ice.
  3. Shake and serve in an 8 oz copper mug.
  4. Garnish with a mint sprig.

Hawaiian Purple Potato Vodka

Anthony’s Dragon Fruit Tini

Ingredients

  • 2½ oz Purple Potato Vodka
  • ½ oz sweet vermouth

Method

  1. Start with a chilled martini glass.
  2. Add the vermouth, swirl, and dump.
  3. Shake or stir the vodka and ice briskly for 10 seconds.
  4. Strain into the chilled martini glass.
  5. Garnish with a dragon fruit wedge or white peach.

Ingredients

  • 1½ oz Hawaiian Vodka
  • 5 oz lilikoi-lychee juice or guava juice

Method

  1. Mix ingredients and serve over ice in a rocks glass.
  2. Garnish with an orange wedge or mint sprig.

Ingredients

  • 1½ oz Purple Potato Vodka
  • 5 oz of your favorite Bloody Mary mix

Method

  1. Shake with ice and serve in a rocks glass.
  2. Garnish with lime, celery, asparagus, lemon, olives, prawns—or whatever you like.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Kona Coffee Spirits

Method

  1. Serve in a rocks glass over ice.

Ingredients

  • 1½ oz Kona Coffee Spirits
  • 1½ oz dark crème de cacao
  • 2 scoops of ice

Method

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth and serve in a tall glass topped with whipped cream.
  2. Garnish with dark chocolate shavings.

  • 1 oz Licor 43 or amaretto
  • 2 oz heavy cream

Method

  1. Serve over ice in a rocks glass.
